Maintenance Packages

Ductless Heat Pumps Maintenance

Basic Maintenance – $145.00 Plus Tax – Additional $99 for each additional head

Includes:

• Clean air filters
• Clean indoor and outdoor casings**
• Check and test drain
• Clean outdoor drain pan**
• Check temperatures
• Check electrical connections
• Check remote settings and proper operations
• Replace batteries in remote

Includes: Basic maintenance items +

• Clean indoor coil
• Clean drain pan inside and outside**

Deep Clean Maintenance – $280.00 Plus Tax – Additional $150 for each additional head

Includes: Basic and Regular maintenance items +

• Full bib kit cleaning of indoor unit using pressure washer

Filters are not included and can be purchased separately through our service department.

Central & Geothermal Heat Pump Maintenance

Basic Maintenance – $170.00 Plus Tax

Includes:

• Check temperatures across coil to ensure proper operation
• Clean or change air filters (new filter not included in cost)
• Clean drain, p-trap, and condensate pump
• Check electrical connections and components on indoor and outdoor unit
• Check over general operations of system
